People likes beautiful numbers. Therefore, throughout the world made to celebrate any event. Give people mention any date, well, or just talk about it.
For example, Wikipedia tells us some of the events:
- 1787 – William Herschel discovers Titania and Oberon, two moons of Uranus.
- 1935 – Amelia Earhart is the first person to fly solo from Hawaii to California.
- 2011 – Windows XP SP3 Extended support ended
There is something interesting in the world every day, just some events are at the forefront of the others. Our event was not as significant as the discovery of William Herschel or Amelia Earhart flight, but, nevertheless, exactly one year ago, we launched the Screensider. Prior to that the idea was created and nurtured for nearly a year.
Site as a living organism that grows and develops. And even if we are to slow down a bit to build the power of the website, it is still evolving, thanks to you - screenshoters - in the first place!
During the year the site was redrawn from top to bottom, probably three times, if not more. We want to say thank you to everyone who uses the site as anyone directly or indirectly, gives impulses for the development of specific niches. It does not matter whether positive or negative effect they have first.
Someone of you likes site, someone not too much and some may even hate him. All this is normal, I think. So Thank you all for participating; are you seriously read the whole before? Oo
In the new year there will be many new and interesting!
