It's basically a post-apocalyptic game, hence the mix of machines and tribal thingy :D

Hi, I'm using SEUS shader with custom texture pack.

That's the effect of being cold for too long (Along with slowed movement). Actually I was finding my way to that Giant's campfire to warm myself up.

I can't really understand your question properly, I'm just guessing that you're asking whether this is a modified or stock Skyrim then the answer is yes, it's a combination of multiple mods (Texture, ENB, lightning enhance, etc.) The ship is another mod too, link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13641/?
And another guess, the ship is a nice shelter with beautiful interior if you're wondering, you can really live and keep your stuff in there. Really cool mod.
