There are no shops in Mersin to buy GTA V? V is much better than IV, so it'll meet your expectations! I've played a bit.

Yes, there are but they are very expensive, in some shops it's almost 120 dollars. I bought it from Hong Kong for 60 dollars and it takes 2 weeks to deliver to my home. But I'm waiting for 16 days for this game.
